This process was TOUGH. There are so many great players around the country, in every region, in every league, and on every team. Our level has elite talent in every corner of the country, and it has been fun watching all of these incredible players do their thing on the court.

Criteria:
-Must be Conference POTY, 1st Team All-League, or Nominated by a Coach/SID
-Must be on a team with a winning record
A few things of note:
-I chose these on my own. However, I did take a lot of notes from every conversation I have had with coaches around the nation about guys they like throughout the year.
-I made sure to watch extensive film on every player nominated, and every player I had on my list to consider. This list has been growing since October and contained 137 players to be exact.
-I am a firm believer in "reward winning" when it comes to awards. I believe the same should be said for All-Americans, so I used winning as a factor in my decision.
-No All-American list is perfect, and undoubtedly someone will be (in their opinion) "left off."
-Picking 20 guys out of thousands is not an easy task.
